Shipping Coverage
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time. Any orders placed from locations outside our shipping zone will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. Once processed, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days from the time the order is processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays. Blue Jay is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or events beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers
We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to deliver our products. The choice of carrier is at our sole discretion and may vary based on product size, weight, and destination.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship returned packages.

Damaged or Lost Items
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date at support@bluejayehb.com. We may require photos of damaged items and packaging for claims. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

No International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. Orders placed for delivery outside the continental U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.
